Professor of Philosophy of Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Doctor in Law, has developed her professional career in the field of teaching and research. Since 1991, she has been a professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), where she has practiced as a Dean of the Faculty of Law from 2002 to 2008. She collaborates in different institutions and organisms related to bioethics. She is a member of the Bioethics Advisory Committee of Catalonia, the Bioethics, Law and Society Group and the Bioethics Observatory of the University of Barcelona.
